AvailAV is a professional availability planner for freelance AV contractors — a single-user tool with no public profiles and no advertising. This policy explains what we collect to run it, why, and how you can access, export or delete it at any time.
AvailAV is made by Sonak Media Ltd, registered in England and Wales, 5 Brayford Square, London, E1 0SG, United Kingdom. Sonak Media Ltd is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

We don't collect payment card details directly — if and when paid tiers launch, billing will be handled by a third-party payment processor with its own privacy policy for that data.
AvailAV's backend runs on Supabase, a hosted infrastructure provider. Your data is stored in a database associated with your account and protected by access controls so that other AvailAV users — including any company/agency accounts in a later version of the app — cannot see your data unless you've explicitly granted them access (for example, by connecting to a company's roster once that feature exists).
Under UK GDPR, we rely on: contract (processing your availability and client data is necessary to provide the service you've signed up for), and legitimate interest (for basic security and product improvement).
If you're in the UK or EU, you have rights under UK GDPR / GDPR over your personal data, including the right to access, correct, delete, and export your data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these, contact us below — we'll respond within the timeframes required by law.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we'll delete your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we're required to keep certain records for legal or accounting reasons.
AvailAV is a professional tool for working AV contractors and isn't directed at, or knowingly used by, children.
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
